Jaimie iuculano - partner/ceo

From a young age building and construction have been a part of Jaimie’s DNA. From working in his dad’s hardware store to becoming a laborer in Breezy Point to starting 915 Construction & Handyman Express Jaimie is truly a master of his craft. His dedication along with attention to detail and design is shines throughout every project. Jaimie is constantly teaching and passing these qualities to each and every one of our team members.

john keffas - partner/cfo

John started out 18 years ago working for Jaimie in his hardware store absorbing knowledge and teachings John helped create, grow, and expand 915 Construction & Handyman Express into the companies you see today. Eventually becoming Jaimie’s partner after graduating from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business. With his extensive knowledge in business, pure passion for home building, and years of experience in the industry John has been the cornerstone of the company’s consistent expansion and enjoyed successes.

Joe Devito

Joe is coming on 10 years with the company this year. Starting out working for Jaimie in the hardware store he quickly progressed to managing its new location when the business moved to a new facility. Later moving into the 915 and Handyman space Joe was able to grow and expand our company’s online presence on social media platforms, a key effort in the company’s continued growth. Joe also handles the company’s procurement ensuring we maintain fair and competitive pricing on all materials while keeping us up to date with the latest products, materials in the industry.  

colleen mcguire - office manager

Colleen is the Office Manager of 915 Construction & Design. She joined the team 7 years ago and has been providing excellent customer service ever since. Colleen is the first point of contact for all customers and has helped grow the business by effectively managing the office and providing timely service. With a keen attention to detail, she ensures that all relevant permits are filed with the appropriate Village and County offices. She manages many relationships with outside subcontractors, coordinating with all of them for the ultimate goal of the customer having a seamless experience while having their construction project completed.

Colleen’s prior work experience as a manager in mortgage banking and in customer service, enabled her to  add to the successes and growth of our company.

karen nardi - controller

Karen serves as Controller of 915 Construction & Design.  Ms. Nardi is a seasoned financial management professional with over 30 years of experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry.

At 915 Construction and Design, she oversees all aspects of the business’s financial structure such as working directly with ownership on budgeting, insurances, job costing, and cash control.  Ms. Nardi oversees all A/P, A/R, and payroll as well. She works closely with clients on the large scale Construction Management projects or In House projects, she keeps them apprised of monetary expenditures for materials or specialized contractors to keep the projects’ on budget and on schedule.
